Schedule Your Assessment

Most homeowners start with a free hazard assessment: a certified arborist walks your property and checks for storm damage, disease, cracked limbs, or a tree growing too close to power lines or structures, then gives you a plan before anything is quoted. Not urgent? You can book a routine trim or removal estimate visit the exact same way. Either way, there’s no cost and no obligation to book any work.

Is this a storm emergency or immediate safety hazard — a tree on a structure, blocking a road, or touching power lines?

Questions

Booking FAQ

Is the hazard assessment really free?

Yes. There’s no charge and no obligation for a hazard assessment or a routine estimate visit. You only pay if you decide to move forward with removal, trimming, stump grinding, or another service, and always after a written quote.

What if I’m not sure whether it’s an emergency?

When in doubt, use the emergency toggle above or just call (513) 555-0173. If a tree is actively resting on a structure, blocking a road, or touching a power line, that’s always a call, not a booking.

How long does a hazard assessment take?

Most visits run 20–40 minutes depending on the size of the property and the number of trees you’d like looked at. Your arrival window is two hours to account for normal drive-time variability between stops.

Can I reschedule after booking?

In a real booking, yes — you’d get a confirmation email with a reschedule link. This demo tool doesn’t send real emails, but the production version would work the same way as the calendar above.

This is a demo — no real bookings, accounts, or payments are processed on this site.
