Every property is different, but most tree removal costs come down to the same few factors: how many trees, how tall they are, whether they’re near power lines or structures, and whether the stump needs to come out too. Move the controls below and watch the estimate update — it’s the same math our estimators use for a first-pass number before an on-site visit.

Questions

Estimate FAQ

How accurate is the online estimate?

It’s a solid first-pass range based on the same factors our estimators weigh first: tree count, height, access, and stump grinding. Your final written quote comes after a certified arborist walks the property in person, since ground slope, fence lines, and exact tree health can shift the price.

Why does proximity to power lines change the price?

Work near power lines or structures requires slower, more careful rigging — sometimes utility coordination — which adds crew time and equipment. That’s reflected as an access adjustment on top of the base removal cost.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes. If your on-site assessment turns up something that changes your plans, your deposit is refunded or applied toward any other ArborWorks service you’d like instead.

Do I have to pay a deposit to book an assessment?

Not at all. The free hazard assessment and routine estimate visits never require a deposit — the deposit option here is only for homeowners who want to lock in a project before their on-site visit.
