Portal FAQ
How do I get portal access?
Current clients receive a portal invitation by email after their first booked visit. If you can’t find yours, call (513) 555-0173 and we’ll resend it.
What does “storm-priority” actually change?
Storm-priority jobs are moved ahead of standard, non-urgent scheduling because they involve active hazards — a cracked trunk, a leaning tree, or limbs already down. It doesn’t change your price, only your place in line.
Is online payment secure?
Yes — in production, card payments are encrypted end-to-end and we never store full card numbers on our own servers. This demo simulates that flow without processing a real charge.
Can I see invoices from past years?
Yes, your full billing history stays available in the portal for as long as you remain an ArborWorks client, alongside the matching service history entry.
